I read on one of my mafia friend's wall that he has just having a chat with one of Zynga customer support via live chat!
He had problem with Las Vegas loot drop and also being rolled back in Bangkok and causing him to lost some of his Skill Points day by day.. Have already submitted tickets to Zynga but no reply.. 
Once he did the conversation with Zynga Support via Live Chat, his problems are all fixed within minutes! Less than 5 minutes on his case!
I suggest you to do that too..

Or just go to HELP section and click on Support inside Mafia Wars game. You will arrive here..
Click on Chat Now button..But too bad, the Live Support feature is not for 24 hours! Sometimes you can not see the screenshot above and only see this one..

Can we still get the royal flush and viva las vegas items?

When is live support available? There are no hours listed and it is very frustrating to go to the site and sometimes see the link and sometimes not.

I think you should leave a comment on a post related to this promo. I assume that contact with Zynga support should solve your problem. One more thing!! There is no need to leave your e-mail address on the blog because we are here trying to help with advice, if can, and everything that relates to the technical side, or problems in the game you should contact Zynga.

Ok I have 1 issue , I have had alot of trouble with the Super Pignata. I have opened as many as i could to get the Rare Item ' Gray Wolf , and all i get is that error message - Error: An unknown error occurred in the gift request.

Such questions put players at various posts on this blog. Here, at this blog, we can only help with advice. Since this problem has a large number, or better to say, most players MF it would be better to contact Zynga support. This what we are talking about Zynga obviously failed to resolve or improve. I'm sorry, but I have to say we should all have patience if we can still.
ReplyDeleteI have been doing Moscow and have not been getting awarded ANY skill points when I finish any of the jobs, I am nearly finished it now so have missed out on many skill points, the same thing happens in one of the episodes in Bangkok, I wrote an email to support and as usual got patronized and told they are working on it
ReplyDeleteI understand all that you have listed above with you cause disappointment, anger and revolt. However, the only way to accomplish right to what belongs to you is contact with Zynga support. I assume that they need time to correct such a mistake "in game" or that compensate her in some way to you. Try to bring your problem on the forum. Repeat email to Zynga support and several times if necessary. And, please be patient.This is the only way we can help you here, unfortunately.

I have accepted the mask gifts sent by my friends and it says i have gold mastered it and to collect reward from home page. But how can i collect when i cant see anything at all. This mission ends in 5 dayz. Need a quick solution to this asap.. Thanx

I really do not know, what kind of message is this.Maybe it would be better to contact Zynga, and maybe it is just a bug.But my suggestion is to contact them, and let them see what is going on. I can not answer you to your question about fighting. If I could see that message, maybe this answer be more concrete, this way, I am sorry but this is only possible answer.
