Zynga Support reply on reported issues (Mafia Wars)

So they replied!
Interesting, last time I've reported something stands "Hi Mirna" but not today. Today stands "Hi Boss". 

Anyway as you can see in bellow image, they are aware of "some players not to be able to access the arena". About fixing the problem? Just that issue has been escalated to the studio.
And about healing problems, not a word.
