You cannot use the Steel Horse until level 55 (Mafia Wars 2)

After you defeat Loco Moco's lieutenants, you are given a Steel Horse motorcycle.  Unfortunately, the Steel Horse cannot be equipped until level 55.

This problem is being worked on and should be fixed soon. 

 

There is no need to send in a report about the matter, because our agents cannot change the level requirement for the cycle.
