You can win multiple rewards including rare items and hard to find collections when starting or helping on a mission.

If the mission is successful all members of the mission crew will be handsomely rewarded with the leader of the mission getting a slightly bigger piece of the pie.

Rewards will be adjusted frequently for missions making it worth playing the same mission over again. Rewards are displayed as common, uncommon, and rare.
