They have this issue allready for Months! This issue is not new for ZYNGA. They just did an very poor job on programming.

Yes, you're right. Zynga has a big problem, but not limited only to this segment of the game. There are problems in the over-rate the game, but a relatively small and also very slowly, things improved. I can suggest you the following: At the same time when you are sending a notice to Zynga support for the correction or repair of any segment of your game, send it at the same time as a suggestion. Why? Because Zynga is very strange plant. Very sensitive to criticism, and at the same time very fast, when you suggest something, mainly implemented immediately. These things I speak from personal experience. When I follow these as stated above, fixes in the game go in the period of 1 hour, with "thanks a lot for your suggestion".
PS:As to your opinion on this blog, frankly, it's true. I can just copy and paste your opinion.
