You will need the help of your mafia to complete any operation. Both helpers and those who start operations will be rewarded if the operation is finished before times run out

Operations will drop different rewards and you can earn more than one reward per operation. If you do not have any operations available you can search your requests or find a new one when doing jobs

Operation difficulty will be based on a number of factors including time, number of crew needed, and possible rewards.

Operations will be updated frequently with new items. Every operation is unique and will require a new crew each time.

You can win multiple rewards including rare items and hard to find collections when starting or helping on a operation.

If the operation is successful all members of the operation crew will be handsomely rewarded with the leader of the operation getting a slightly bigger piece of the pie.

Rewards will be adjusted frequently for operations making it worth playing the same operation over again. Rewards are displayed as Uncommon, Rare and Superior.
