The Good Fight

The Bosses of Mexico rule their Districts with an iron fist. Choose to take them down as you expand your domain in Mexico or prepare for tough times ahead.
As you progress through a District, the Boss will appear from time to time and challenge you, demanding a cut for operating in their territory.
When the Boss appears, the Energy and Peso ask for doing Jobs will increase, while the XP and Pesos earned will decrease.
You can either Fight or Bribe the Boss to end the shakedown and win that Round.
Every time you win a Round, you'll activate and also stand to win Property Parts, Pesos, Job Consumables, Mastery Boosts and Skill Points.
Win the Round to reclaim any Pesos and XP lost to the Boss while he or she was active.
When successfully held off, the Boss will retreat, recoup and return stronger for the next Round.
A District's Boss will be defeated for good when you win a total of 15 Rounds.
Win Round 15 to recruit the Boss as your Henchman. When recruited, the Boss Henchman will be added to your inventory.

Diablo Mode is a victory state during which the following bonuses are activated for all Jobs in the Boss's District:

• 3% extra XP

• 50% extra Mastery

• 50% extra Pesos

• 100% higher drop rate of Collection items

Diablo Mode will be activated every time you win the Round by either Fighting or Bribing the Boss.
Diablo Mode will last for either the next 25 Jobs or for 15 minutes after the Boss has been defeated, whichever is sooner.

Winning Strategies

Attack the Boss with Stamina or Ammo that will drop from Jobs, Fights, Robbing, Gifting and the Arena in Mexico.

Your Inventory can only hold up to 50 of each Ammo item. You can no longer loot an Ammo item if you already reached the inventory limit.
Use Combos to deal additional damage to the Boss's Health.

• The Green Combos are unlocked at all levels.

• Use the Ammo in the correct order to activate the Yellow and Red Combos.

Beware! If undefeated when the timer runs out, the Boss will regenerate up to 20% of their remaining Health by the next encounter.
A Boss will sometimes be arrogant enough to allow you to extend the timer and the Fight.
