The use of bots or scripts (pieces of software code that allow you to automatically play the game) are strictly prohibited as per Zynga’s Term of Service found HERE . Such bots/scripts hinder the fair play of the game, create excessive load on our servers, and can introduce errors into the game. Such use of bots and scripts are grounds for refusal of customer service request and could lead to account suspension.
