    or....right click, open link in new tab...and take your time...I had did that also with the last item, cultivator, before I clicked it, and I was able to master the first two without grabbing them all...I have 3 garden snakes, 3 green thumbs, and 3 Johnny Roadsters, but only 1 cultavator.

    you should fast click on collect button, then usually pop up message: you are unable to collect this item, just x this message, check your inventory, if it works for you, there should be 3/3
    for me this works today
